The mid-sized backman enjoyed another consistent year in 2009, finishing 10th in the best and fairest and doing his utmost to quell the opposition’s most dangerous mobile forward each week. Showed his attacking capabilities with 25 possessions against Richmond in round 17, but thrives on applying defensive pressure and sacrificing for the good of the team. Has played 61 games over the past three seasons.
